ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING | ONLINE

The Southern Alberta Art Gallery will hold its annual general meeting (AGM) on Thursday, October 21 at 6 p.m. via Zoom.

The 2021 AGM is open to all active members. If you aren't already a member or your membership has expired, please click here.

Members are asked to RSVP via email to rsvp@saag.ca to confirm their attendance.

The agenda for the 2021 AGM is as follows:

1) Presentation of the report of the Board by the Co-Chairs;
2) Presentation of the report of the Administration by the Interim Executive Director;
3) Presentation of the financial statements and report of the auditors; and
4) Election of Directors.
Note: There will be no special resolutions discussed at the 2021 AGM.

The AGM is also an opportunity to apply to join the Board of Directors. If you wish to join the Board of Directors, you must be an active member. We invite you to carefully review our bylaws before submitting your application package to applications@saag.ca on or before 6 p.m. Monday October 18. (Applications are not taken from the floor during the AGM.) The Board will carefully consider all applications and we thank all who apply. Successful applicants will be contacted for an interview prior to the AGM, and the Board will present its nominations at the AGM, accordingly.
