The Southern Alberta Art Gallery Maansiksikaitsitapiitsinikssin is located on traditional territories of the Siksikaitsitapi, or Blackfoot Confederacy. We honour and acknowledge the Siksikaitsitapi, who have cared for these lands since time immemorial. We recognize that Treaty 7 territory is also home to the Otipemisiwak Métis Government, District 1, and many other Indigenous peoples.

We acknowledge the important support of the City of Lethbridge, the Canada Council for the Arts, the Alberta Foundation for the Arts, Government of Alberta, PATTISON Outdoor Advertising, and Rozsa Foundation.

The Gallery is certified as a Living Wage Employer in the province of Alberta by the Alberta Living Wage Network.
